Answer
Each person opens their link and taps what works (or "if needed") in their own clock. Takes about thirty seconds on a phone.
Decide
The best times are ranked with everyone's clock in mind. Confirm one and each person sees it in their zone, with a calendar file.

- Yes, the whole thing is free. There are no accounts, no paid tier and no card. You create a meeting, share the link, everyone answers.
- Does everyone need an account?
- No. Nobody signs up, including you. Each person opens their link, picks the half hours that suit them and closes the tab.
- How does it handle time zones?
- You propose windows in your own clock. Everyone else sees those same windows in theirs, with their local hours and any day change marked, so nobody converts anything by hand.
- What is the difference between "works" and "if needed"?
- Works means the time genuinely suits you. If needed means you can make it but would rather not. The ranking prefers times that work for everyone, and only falls back on "if needed" slots when there's no clean overlap.
- Can I use it for a recurring meeting?
- It picks one time per meeting. For a recurring series, run it again when you want to rotate who gets the awkward hour, which is worth doing if your team has little overlap.
- How long is a meeting kept?
- A meeting and all its answers are deleted 60 days after its last proposed window. A daily job does it, so there's nothing for you to clean up.
